    Welcome to the Pelican Pointe Homeowners Association official website. Pelican Pointe at the Villages is a gated townhome community that is governed by a Homeowners Association. It is located near the intersection of Flamingo Road and Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Pelican Pointe is a community comprised of 456 Townhomes with a centrally located Clubhouse, Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis Court and Weight Room. Pelican Pointe is located near many Broward County parks and is a short drive to the Atlantic Ocean beaches and the Everglades.

     Homeowners and the public may use this website for information gathering and to provide feedback to the Pelican Pointe Board and Atlantis Management. For Pelican Pointe homeowners, please click your mouse on the LOG IN tab to bring up the log-in code box. Then enter your issued code to gain access to the catagory links of interest located on the left side column. The category links titled Homes for Sale and Rent, Amenities Photos, Grounds Photos, Classified Ads, and Contact Atlantis Management are accessible to the general public without an access code.
